1. Dein Ansprechpartner für Event-Anfragen ist in erster Linie das Team der cultorga. Du erreichst uns unter cultorga@c-base.org. Wenn du eine Veranstaltung bei uns organisieren möchtest, schreib uns eine E-Mail.
2. Die Entscheidung, ob eine Veranstaltung bei uns an Bord stattfinden kann, trifft der circle. Der cicle tagt zweimal im Monat, jeweils am 1. und am 14. Die cultorga wird dich nach deiner Anfrage zum nächsten circle einladen. Idealerweise kommst du zu uns an Bord, falls das nicht geht, ist es auch möglich, dir eine Remote-Teilnahme zu ermöglichen.
3. Die Miete für die Nutzung unserer Räume hängt sehr von der Art und Größe der Veranstaltung ab. Große Events mit kommerziellem Hintergrund werden selbstverständlich mehr zur Kasse gebeten, als kleine von einer freiwilligen Community getragene Veranstaltungen. Details dazu klärt die cultorga mit dir.
4. Freie Termine für Veranstaltungen findest du in unserem calendar.
5. Wenn du kein member der c-base bist, benötigst du für deine Veranstaltung einen Eventpaten. Dieser ist dein Ansprechpartner und deine Kontaktperson zur raumstation.
6. Wenn du Vorträge oder Präsentationen im Rahmen deiner Veranstaltung aufzeichnen und/oder streamen möchtest, ist das grundsätzlich möglich, bitte beachte aber, dass darüber hinaus ohne vorherige Absprache und Genehmigung keine Foto- oder Videoaufnahmen gemacht werden dürfen.
7. Wir haben nur begrenzt Platz. Wenn du für deine Veranstaltung mehr als 80 bis 100 Leute erwartest, solltest du dir einen anderen Ort suchen.
8. Du hast schon mal von der c-base gehört, weißt aber nicht genau, wie es bei uns aussieht? Dann komm einfach vorbei. Am besten dafür eignet sich die c-lounge jeden Donnerstag.
9. Nicht jede Veranstaltung passt zu uns. Veranstaltungen aus dem Bereich Bildung und Technik sind uns in der Regel sehr willkommen, aber darüber hinaus können bei uns auch andere Events stattfinden, solange sie nicht unserem Vereinszweck widersprechen. Veranstaltungen politischer Parteien werden von uns grundsätzlich nicht zugelassen.
