Software

Use Bitwig Studio or Audacity to record audio.

Make sure, the audio levels are okay throughout your signal path. Having distortion in the analog chain can't really be fixed afterwards.

Don't forget to adjust your samplerate and buffer size accordingly. Usually 44.1 KHz is nice, but the hardware nicely supports 96 KHz, as well.

Hardware

If you own a hardware recorder, attach it to the Yamaha console or a local (tinier) mixer.

(Please verify and add: What connections to use here? How to configure the mixer so sum signal is correctly routed?)
