How to become a soundlab member

  1. become a c-base member
  2. signup to the soundlab mailing list
  3. write a short mail why you want to become a soundlab member, ideally shortly before the meeting (1st Monday in a month)
  4. then a vote will be started
  5. …
  6. profit

After successful vote

  1. You are now a soundlab member.
  2. But in order to be able to open the door, you must be in the cey-soundlab LDAP group!

The soundlab crew must now follow these instructions exactly:

  1. The soundlab crew must send an extra email to the ceymaster. ceymasters will not read the soundlab meeting protocols!
  2. Send an e-mail to the ceymaster:
    1. Send the email to ceymaster@c-base.org
    2. The email subject MUST include the word “LDAP”
    3. Include a link to the soundlab procotol and
    4. Give the ceymasters a list of usernames that should be added to the cey-soundlab group.
