====== How to become a soundlab member ======

  - become a c-base member
  - signup to the [[https://c-mail.c-base.org/cgi-bin/mailman/listinfo/soundlab| soundlab mailing list]]
  - write a short mail why you want to become a soundlab member, ideally shortly before the meeting (1st Monday in a month)
  - then a vote will be started
  - ...
  - profit

===== After successful vote =====

  - You are now a soundlab member. 
  - But in order to be able to open the door, you must be in the ''cey-soundlab'' LDAP group!

The soundlab crew must now follow these instructions exactly:

  - The soundlab crew must send an extra email to the ceymaster. ceymasters will not read the soundlab meeting protocols!
  - Send an e-mail to the ceymaster:
    - Send the email to ceymaster@c-base.org
    - The email subject MUST include the word "LDAP"
    - Include a link to the soundlab procotol and
    - Give the ceymasters a list of usernames that should be added to the cey-soundlab group.

Some notes: To check if you are member of ''cey-soundlab'', use the CBMI (c-base member interface) [https://member/](https://member.cbrp3.c-base.org) or using the ''get_member_info <your-username'' command on shell.c-base.org,
